All jewellery is final sale. Returns will NOT be accepted.

If you changed your mind, or are not happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase if the item is not worn, and is in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs incurred to carry out an exchange. To request an exchange, please contact us directly at info@kindseas.ca

Repairs

All Kind Seas jewellery is made by hand with high-quality standards and attention to detail; with proper care, your jewellery should prove to be durable, and easily worn for years to come. If your piece becomes damaged or breaks within one year of purchase due to error made during manufacturing, your piece will be repaired at no charge. Please note, this does not include broken chain. If your piece becomes damaged due to improper care or wear and tear over time, components may be replaced or repaired for a fee that will be determined once the damage is assessed.
