All jewellery is final sale. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please do not hesitate to contact me using the contact form, or directly at, and we can discuss the situation.

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase if the item is not worn, and is in its original condition. You can request an exchange by filling out the contact form, or sending a direct email to

Products that have been customized or altered by request are not eligible for exchange.

If your piece becomes damaged or breaks due to error made during manufacturing, please inquire about repair or exchange. Repair of damage due to improper wear and care will be subject to costs to be covered by client.

The client is responsible for covering shipping costs incurred to carry out an exchange, or to have a product repaired.
