Much of the inspiration for my work stems from my interest in the vastness often experienced in nature: the seemingly endless blue of the ocean against the horizon, the way colors penetrate and fade across the sky with the rise and fall of the sun. In moments where I find myself surrounded by such boundless limits, I am always fascinated by the quiet energy present. I seek to create work that conjures this flow and elusivity of nature, and allows the wearer to hold it close, if but for a moment.
